One of those interesting ships that only exist because of real world circumstances (i.e. John Patrick Lowrie and Ellen McLain, the VAs for Sniper and The Administrator (Helen) respectively, are married irl) and for some reason I am bonkers about it as of right now (1 am on a random saturday in February).
I shit you not, they have never interacted. Which both makes it funnier, and means we can interpret it however we want!! Yippee. The closest we have is Helen screaming into the microphone about whoever the hell has the intelligence and where the payload is and who has the point and etc. And also that one time Sniper lowkey called her a bitch in the comics (image below).
like I said, literally only because the VAs are married, and they seem to ship it. Like I have seen no other mercs shipped with Helen. Unless you count Pauling. And I may have hallucinated it, but I think I saw fanart of her and Saxton once. Idk.
I am extremely biased due to my incessant babygirlification of Sniper, but the ideal dynamic for Australium Smoke is, to me, Girlboss Malewife. Gilf and her lapdog. Sniper is the fuckass chihuahua Admin keeps in her purse. They have divorced three times. It's true love. Combined they have like a gajillion confirmed kills. It's yaoi and yuri at the same time.
Realistically it's probably more "these old people keep bickering and shooting people" and like. Not much else. But alas, a loserboy-weirdgirl can dream
